Chidinma Nkwocha Amaka is a seasoned Human Resources and Corporate Services executive with over three decades of experience shaping people strategy and organizational effectiveness across the energy, consulting, and development sectors. She is the Managing Consultant at CAS Consult Nigeria Limited, where she provides advisory services to organizations on human capital strategy, organizational development, HR governance, and leadership capacity building.

She previously served as Senior Corporate Services and Human Resources Manager at PNG Gas Limited and has contributed to projects with Deloitte and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

She is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and an Emotional Intelligence Certified Life Coach. She mentors young professionals at the Young Professionals Bootcamp on leadership and career development.
