As a business transformation consultant, she supports large-scale initiatives including enterprise system implementation, post-acquisition integration and regulatory advisory. Previously, she served as Director of Operations at Holy Kids School, where she led organisational growth, implemented digital sytems, and strengthened operational processes. she also led operations at Decagon, contributing to the rapid setup and scale of a leading software engineering training programme.

Funmi is passionate about building efficient systems, developing people, and driving measurable impact. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Lagos.
