Lolade Alonge is the Chief of Staff at Koolboks, a France-headquartered solar technology company, where she leads people and performance operations, driving organizational strategy, execution, and growth across emerging markets. With over six years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she has built a strong track record in project management, operational leadership, business communications, and sustainability-driven innovation, contributing to over $5 million in sales, grants, and investment growth during her tenure.

A recognized global innovator, Lolade is the 2023 National Winner of the UNIDO Global Cleantech Innovation Programme and a top global finalist, Best Startup Award winner at the Lagos AfricArena Summit, with engagements on international stages including the International Vienna Energy and Climate Forum (IVECF) and Youth Solutions Days at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna, 500 Global Sustainable Innovation Seed Accelerator in Nairobi, and the Nigeria Solar Forum, where she contributed to conversations on the productive use of energy in underserved communities. She is also a TechWomen alumna of the U.S. Department of State, where she and her team from Nigeria won the Social Impact Award for their Farm Boxx Project, empowering women with the skills and tools for home-based farming, reflecting her commitment to advancing womenโ€™s leadership in STEM.
