Oluyemi Adeosun, PhD, DTM, MCIPM, SPHRi, GPHR is a senior human capital and organizational leader with over 24 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning power, oil and gas, telecommunications, fintech, media, consulting and related sectors.

Oluyemi currently served as the Principal Advisor, Knowledge Management and Thought Leadership at Heirs Energies. Prior to Heirs Energies, he has held senior positions including Chief Economist at BusinessDay Media, Research Fellow at Lagos Business School, Head of Human Resources at Eterna Plc, Group Head at Global Accelerex Holdings, Head Employee Relations at Ikeja Electric, and other leadership roles across corporate and consulting environments.

Oluyemi holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Lagos, an MSc in Economics, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Ilorin. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and served three terms as an elected Governing Council member of CIPM. He also holds internationally recognised HR certifications including SPHRi and GPHR. Further reflecting his breadth of contribution, he is a Distinguished Toastmaster, a certified career coach, a FATE Institute Senior Research Fellow (2024-2026), and author of over 60 published academic papers.
