Uzoamaka Amalu is an experienced growth strategy, product marketing, business operations and human capital management professional with 16+ years of experience identifying new business opportunities, cultivating executive relationships, and spearheading effective market penetration strategies in Africa. She has worked across different sectors, consulting, banking, telecommunications, legal, venture capital, fintech, healthtech, education among others.

She currently leads operations at Pirano Energy. Prior to her current engagement, she worked at Bestman Games, Funema, Creative Brands among others.

Uzoamaka is a staunch SDG and youth leadership advocate. She founded Project LEAD, a nonprofit initiative focused on teaching and helping secondary school students discover and develop their potential for future leadership.
